Modernization of the farm

TONI FISHER EOOD successfully implemented project No. BG14MFOP001-2.016-0002, financed under the Programme: Maritime and Fisheries Bulgaria 2014-2020, co-financed under the EU European Maritime and Fisheries Fund. The main goal of the project is the modernization of the existing aquaculture farm.
In place of the previous basin, we built 32 concrete raceways, which gives us the opportunity to meet the needs of our customers all year round. By means of the newly created oxygen installation, the water enters each of the raceways with optimal oxygen content. This provides suitable conditions for the development of the fish and creates a prerequisite for its good health.
The modernization of the farm aims to increase production and improve our farming conditions.The construction of the 32 new reinforced concrete raceways means that our trout live in conditions identical to those in the wild, a fast-flowing and oxygen-rich environment. The large number of raceways allows "Toni Fisher" EOOD to achieve better feed conversion ratio by means of grading the fish into separate weight groups. Furthermore, they allow for a continuous breeding cycle, which means year-round supply of trout for our customers.
After the reconstruction and modernization of "Haritov Chiflik", we successfully increased the production capacity of "Toni Fisher" EOOD, improved its energy efficiency, provided better conditions for the breeding of trout and improved working and safety conditions.
