Notification of Investment Proposal

We hereby inform the public about our investment proposal related to the modernization of an existing fish farming facility located in the area of "Haritov Chiflik", municipality of Boychinovtsi, Montana Region.
“TONI FISHER” Ltd. plans to reconstruct the hydraulic structure – basin, owned by the company, to improve the conditions for rearing of trout species. As part of the project, 30 new reinforced concrete tanks will be constructed to replace the unreconstructed part of the basin. This step will allow for the separation of fish by size and batches, contributing to an increase in production efficiency.
It is important to note that the modernization does not involve the expansion of the fish farming facility, but rather the improvement of the existing infrastructure with the aim of increasing production efficiency. “TONI FISHER” Ltd. is committed to environmental protection and compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. The investment proposal complies with the requirements of Article 95, Paragraph 1 of the Environmental Protection Act and is subject to review and evaluation by the competent authorities.
