The chemical composition and temperature of the water from the karst springs that feed the Ogosta river provide suitable conditions for the rearing of salmon trout. We owe the unrivaled quality and exquisite taste of our salmon trout to our crystal clear waters and their lack of industrial pollutants. Few places in the world have preserved such pristine natural conditions. Toni Fisher’s recently modernized facility implements a combination of decades-long experience and custom-made technologies for the rearing of trout. The technological expertise of our team and our understanding of the environmental needs of salmon trout has led to the development of unique solutions. We operate at the frontier of technological innovation. Our annual production output is 1000 tons.
